Subscription Agreement

Preface

MiniTavern is dedicated to providing a powerful and accessible tool for all users. The core features of the app are available for free. For users who want to unlock advanced capabilities and enjoy an unrestricted experience, we offer a premium subscription service.

This Agreement aims to clarify the terms and conditions of the miniTavern subscription service to protect the legitimate rights and interests of the APP operator (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator") and the user (hereinafter referred to as the "User" or "You"). Users are requested to carefully read the entire content of this Agreement before choosing and subscribing to the membership service. Once You subscribe to the membership service and make payment, it indicates that You have fully understood and accepted all terms of this Agreement.

1: Service Content

The Operator provides corresponding service content and benefits based on the type of membership service selected by the User, as detailed below:

  • Monthly Membership: A monthly fee of $9.9, providing one month of premium membership, including a fixed quota of Tavern AI requests, limited role card imports, and other benefits.
  • Annual Membership: An annual fee of $99.9, providing one year of premium membership, including unlimited Tavern AI requests, unlimited role card imports, and other benefits.

2: Subscription Method and Service Term

2.1 Users may subscribe to the corresponding membership service through the in-app store.

2.2 The term of the monthly membership service is 31 days from the date of payment; the term of the annual membership service is 365 days from the date of payment.

2.3 Upon expiration of the service term, unless the User actively renews, the Operator will automatically terminate the provision of membership services to the User.

3: Fees and Payment

3.1 Users subscribing to the membership service must pay the agreed amount to the Operator.

3.2 Once payment is made, regardless of whether the User actually uses the service, it is deemed that the User has accepted the entire service content, and the Operator will not refund any paid fees.

4: Rights and Obligations

4.1 Rights and Obligations of the Operator

  • Provide membership services to the User as agreed;
  • Retain the right to adjust the content and fees of the membership service;
  • Take necessary management measures against behaviors that violate this Agreement or disrupt the normal operations of the Operator.

4.2 Rights and Obligations of the User

  • Enjoy the membership service in accordance with the agreed fee standards and term;
  • Comply with this Agreement and other relevant management regulations of the Operator;
  • Refrain from engaging in illegal or improper activities using the membership service.

5: Intellectual Property

5.1 The intellectual property rights of the APP and all its content (including but not limited to software, programs, data, etc.) belong to the Operator. Without permission, Users shall not use, copy, distribute, modify, lease, reverse engineer, or attempt to discover the source code in any way.

6: Scope and Limitation of Liability

6.1 The Operator does not provide any express or implied guarantees regarding the availability, security, or accuracy of the membership service.

6.2 Except for direct losses caused by the Operatorā€™s gross negligence, the Operator shall not be liable for any other losses, including but not limited to losses of profit, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.

7: Other Provisions

7.1 This Agreement, together with other relevant management regulations of the Operator, constitutes the complete agreement between the User and the Operator.

7.2 The right to interpret and modify this Agreement belongs to the Operator.

7.3 In case of any conflict between the content of this Agreement and current laws and regulations, the provisions of the laws and regulations shall prevail.

8: Effectiveness and Termination

8.1 This Agreement takes effect from the date the User subscribes and makes payment.

8.2 The Agreement terminates under any of the following circumstances:

  • The User voluntarily terminates the use of the membership service;
  • The service term expires, and the User does not renew;
  • The User seriously violates the provisions of this Agreement, and the Operator unilaterally terminates the execution of the Agreement.
